A healthy body is the most important thing for everyone.To have a healthy body, we need to take a balanced diet every day, we should eat more fruit and vegetables, they contain plenty of vitamins, minerals and fiber, they can help us grow and stay health, eating less meat and eating more eggs or beans products, milk and cheese are also helpful to our bodies.

Besides a balanced diet, we need to take more exercise, exercise can make our body strong and health, by doing it, we can give out bad things in our body and make our blood runs faster, it' s good for our hearts, lungs, and muscles.
