Today is my father’s birthday, which is such a special day for me, so I want to give him a surprise.

My father is a great father, and he always gives me what I want. I told my mother that I wanted to make a dish for my father. She was very happy to teach me. With the help of my mother, I am confident that I can make a good meal. When my father returned home, he was very happy and praised me a lot. He said this was the biggest present for him.

A typical American worker gets two or three weeks off out of a whole year for vacation, but most US workers cannot. They usually have to be spread out throughout the year. Even when US workers do have time off, many are afraid to take it because they worry they may lose their jobs. Other workers worry that if they go on vacation, they will have a mountain of work when they return.
