Nobody likes to feel stressed or anxious, but sometimes these feelings occur when you have a lot to do. Time management is about using your time wisely so that you can get things done.

Try this strategy: Take the time to watch one of your favorite shows and then turn off the TV and work on your “To-Do” list until you can cross off another item.
