【答案】例文:
Dear friends,
June 6 is our country’s Sight Day. As we know, “Eyes are the windows of the soul”. Everyone understands the importance of the eyes. But now more and more students are getting near-sighted. So how can we protect our eyes? Here is some advice on how to protect our eyes.
First, we should be cautious on the health of using eyes. We should not keep our eyes working for a long time. While reading, we should keep the book about a foot away from us. After reading for an hour or two, we had better have a rest by looking at the plants in the distance. Second, using fewer electronic products is a good way to protect our eyes. Besides, we should see green plants as often as possible. Finally, remember to do eye-protecting exercises or do more outdoor sports, which will help us keep good eyesight.
Thank you!

【題目】閱讀下面短文,根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容完成句子。
Recently a TV programme Secret Boss caught my eye. The programme invites company directors (董事) to spend a week working in their own companies — as a new employee (雇員). And no one knows who the new person really is.
At the start of the programme, we met Amy Lowen, director of the big—name restaurant group, Caters. She would work at one of Caters’ restaurants in London. After just a few hours of training, Amy was serving customers. However, anyone who has done the same job knows that a busy restaurant isn’t an easy place to work at. Just minutes after starting on tables, Amy dropped a bowl of food, which made her very sad.
The programme is not just about finding problems, though. Amy said she was surprised at how hard—working some employees were. They worked long hours, but always stayed cheerful to even their most “difficult” customers.
One day Amy was very pleased when a customer left her a 20 tip (小費). “If I could get five or six more of these a day,” she said, “this wouldn’t be a badly paid job.” But minutes later, she felt surprised when the restaurant’s manager told her to give the money to the company. The company didn’t allow employees to keep tips over 10. It was a rule.
It isn’t difficult to guess how Secret Boss ends. Amy told others at the restaurant that she was the director of Caters. And then she told them she had decided to allow employees to keep all of their tips.
【1】In the programme Secret Boss, company directors are invited to ________ for a week.
【2】Amy had only ________ of training, and then she started work at a restaurant.
【3】On the first day, Amy felt very sad when she________.
【4】Amy got a 20 tip, but her manager asked her to give it ________.
【5】At the end of Secret Boss, Amy said she would allow employees to ________.

【題目】閱讀下面的短文,然后根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容回答問題。
Egg sculpturing(蛋雕) brings extra life to students who cannot speak or hear at Changchun University. At the egg carving workshop in the university, the sound of polishing egg shells and tools knocking against each other is the only thing visitors can hear. The everyday egg shells become art pieces under the creative skills of these students.
Jin Zhanrong, director of the visual communication department(視覺傳送設(shè)計系) of the school, brought in the egg sculpture major(專業(yè)) three years ago. He said that most students here in the special education school live a silent life. This makes it easier for them to forget the outside world and concentrate(專注) on egg carving.
“Egg shells are very thin and easy to break," Jin explained. "In the beginning, only one unbroken work could be completed after dozens of failed shells. That made these students pretty upset. Teachers of the workshop encourage the students and keep giving them suggestions on carving skills. I told them to hold their breath and be careful about every carving step," he added. Many students have made beautiful pieces after months of practice. Jin has also been surprised by their works.
In the past three years, more than 3,000 egg sculptures have been created by the teachers and the students at the workshop. Some of them are used as gifts for international exchanges.
【1】What's the only thing visitors can hear at the egg carving workshop?

【2】Did the egg sculpture major appear in the university last year?
