I have a healthy lifestyle and I think this is very important. I like to eat healthy food every day. I often eat bread, noodles, porridge and rice. They help children grow. I like fruit and vegetables because they help us keep in good health. I don’t eat too much meat because it will make me fat. I also do sports every day, so I always feel happy and work harder after sports. Running is good exercise. I often go running in the morning. That makes me feel like eating breakfast. Usually, I play football in the afternoon.
