Nowadays sports are more and more popular. People, including old and young, men and women take part in sports. They exercise in the park in the communities, in the gym and so on. Some practice Yoga and running, others take part in Taiji and ball games. Ping-pong is my favorite sport. On weekends,  I often play ping-pong with my father. In my opinion, playing ping-pong can help me keep healthy. What is more, I am very good at it because I have been playing it ever since I was eight years old.
