Ⅲ.閱讀理解
A
It seems that many children have difficulty in reading. Trying to come up with ways to help them learn to read is necessary.
First, parents need to give children books that are of high interest to them. If they are interested in what they are reading, they are more likely to remember what they have read. Many bookstores offer great books they like to read and parents can buy these books for their children. Parents should help children read what they need to develop their reading ability.
Second, parents should read out aloud to them. Reading begins in a child^ ears. When parents talk to their children, they are putting the sounds of their language into their brains. The more parents read to their children, the better their reading ability will become. So if children can hear the information, they will be able to understand it better and become interested in reading.
There are a few other ways that can be used to help children understand what they read. Parents can provide children with small pieces of information at a time. Too much information can be tiring,so instead of having children read lots of pages, parents should have them read several pages each time. Parents can have their children stop and ask them questions when they are reading. Besides, give them a chance to reread the information, and it will help improve their reading ability as well.
There are many things that can be done to help children read and know more about the word. Try some of these suggestions out. These little changes can make a big difference in the children's ability to understand what they read.
