Wang Ling is 19 years old. She won the Bravery Medal for saving the life of an old man in a traffic accident.
Wang Ling was on her way home after school on 2 April when she saw a traffic accident near her home. A van hit a bus. There were 28 people on the bus. In a few seconds,the bus was on fire.
Soon the firemen arrived and they got on the burning bus. They broke the windows and helped the people get out. Then they sprayed water onto the bus. A seat was on his legs and he could not move it.

A few months later,the old man recommended Wang Ling for the Bravery Medal.
