You often focus on building relationships with others, but you forget the first step: being a friend of yourself. How can you have good relationships with others if you don't even have a good relationship with yourself?

Here are some tips for you to be a friend of yourself.

It's true that you are not perfect, but neither is everybody else. It's normal to make mistakes, so do yourself a favor by stopping feeling angry with yourself.

There are some things you cannot change, such as your background and your past. So learn to say yes to them, smile and move on.

Instead of focusing on your weakness, focus on your strength. Find out your strengths and build your life around them.

The way you examine your success is not by looking at others. Your own success is decided by your own life goal. So it is useless to look at and focus on others’ life.

5.

You don't like it if others are not honest with you, right? So you won't like yourself if you know you lie to yourself. What you need to bear in mind is that don't lie to yourself. Be honest!
