My name is Tom. I am 14 years old. I play basketball every day and I want to be a basketball player. I think I need a lot of energy.
I usually have an egg for breakfast and I drink a glass of milk. This helps me start the day.
I sometimes have rice with fish and an apple for lunch. I really love fruit. This meal gives me energy for the afternoon and for playing basketball later. I often have soup, meat and vegetables because they are good for me.
I dislike sweet food. There is too much sugar in them and they are not healthy. Do you want to be healthy? Please keep healthy diet and lifestyle.
