Wolf Amor2《戰(zhàn)狼2》, a movie that made box office(票房冠軍) history in China last summer, tells the story of how the Chinese government successfully help overseas Chinese leave from Africa.

The end of the film says: “When you are in danger in a foreign land, do not give up! Please remember, at your back stands a strong motherland.”

The movie sends the message that overseas Chinese will always receive help immediate from China. To evacuate means to quickly move people away from a sudden accident. An evacuation tests how a nation would deal with an emergency(突發(fā)事件). From getting flight tickets to dealing with customs services, many parts of the government and companies have to work together. But in the future, some people will not get this help for free, People's Daily reported.

On March 26, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MFA)worked out a new law. It is about Chinese citizens who ask for help from China's embassies in foreign countries. It says that those who will travel to dangerous places without considering warning by the MEA and get into trouble, they will have to pay for any evacuation services from the Chinese Embassy.

In fact, this is a common international practice, People’s Daily said. Countries like the US, UK and Canada have similar laws.
