A car inside Badaling Wildlife Park in Beijing was surrounded (圍堵)by bears on February 26th after someone in the car opened a window. A witness(目擊者) said online that a bear reached inside the car, trying to attack the tourists.

Some people who have offered opinions online have blamed the tourists themselves for not obeying the posted rules inside Badaling Wildlife Park. Others have said that park administration should be doing even more to ensure the safety of guests, like increasing staff levels to keep better watch over park visitors.
