Moreover, it also relaxes people’s mind in some ways. Now a great deal of people suffer from stress coming from study, work, family, and other aspects of life. According to surveys, 74% of people say that the feeling of stress has greatly reduced, and in fact, some of them did not feel the pressure（壓力）when they are in the water.
