We often pay attention to developing relationships with others, however, we forget the basicstep: being friends of ourselves. How can we have good relationships with others if we don't even have good relationship with ourselves?1.

First, Forgive yourself. It's true that you are not perfect, but neither is everybody else. It's normal to make mistakes.2.

Second, Accept things you can't change.There are some things you cannot change, such as your background and your past. 3. if you face the things you can't change ,just smile, and move on.

Later, I found out that my father had managed to finish his work by staying up late, and he drove for eight hours to get back. He had been sitting in the corner because he didn’t want me to see him. My father remembered every word in my speech.

For much of my life, I described my father was a cold-blooded man who only cared about his work. But when I thought deeply aboutthis, it was obviously（明顯地）not true. At my graduation ceremony.
