It's popular to use the cell phones with cameras to catch a moment in time. A Texas school,Magnolia Independent School is worried that students have found another use—a way to cheat in tests. School officials said some students could use the phones to take pictures of test questions. Another problem was that students might take improper pictures of classmates to share or post on a website later.
“Cell phones without cameras are allowed in school,but must be turned off in class. Cell phones with cameras will be confiscated if they are found in school,and punishing action will be taken ,” officials said.Some students are not willing to obey the rule. “I'd be lost without my phone”,said Kendall Paul,a student of Magnolia Independent School. “All my numbers are in it. I2 3 4 5ve never used it to cheat and I don’ t know anyone who has at our school,so I think it's kind of stupid. ”
But other students said they saw it all the time at their school. "In fact,the cell phones with cameras are popular in our school and they are very useful for us? especially in our tests. We would take a picture of the test,and then send it to the next person or the person in another classroom,who is taking the same test,when he or she needs ,” said Melissa Sparks,a student. “They would send the question and the answer,too. It's quicker that way ,” another student said.
