People believe that "exercise is important for weight control" is actually rather new.Doctors used to advise not to exercise too much, particularly for older adults who might hurt themselves.Today doctors encourage even their oldest patients to exercise because people who regularly exercise are at a lower risk for most illnesses, especially heart problems.They less often develop cancer and many other illnesses, but the role of exercise in weight loss has been completely overestimated (評(píng)估過高).
