The Chicken and the Eagle （鷹）

One day, a boy picks up an eagle egg on his way home. He takes it home and puts it with chicken eggs.

Some days later, the eagle egg hatches（孵化）, and a beautiful eagle is born. He loves his home and family. He lives a happy life with them. He thinks he is nothing more than a chicken. But when he sees eagles fly high in the sky, he cries, Oh, I wish I could fly like those birds.

The chickens laugh and tell him, You cannot fly like those birds. You are a chicken, and chickens don't fly.

The eagle still has the dream to fly. But each time he tells his dream to the chickens, they tell him, You can never fly." Many times later, the eagle believes the chickens and stops dreaming. Finally, after a long life as a chicken, the eagle dies.
