Millie:
I like reading stories about amazing things in the world. The website you told me is very good. I found an article about the Bermuda Triangle.
Raymond:
The Bermuda Triangle? I've heard about it before. It is said that that many ships and planes disappeared there.
Millie:
You are right. That's why many people believe that strange forces are at work in the Bermuda Triangle.
Raymond:
I read in a book that something from another planet is working under the sea there.
Millie:
Actually there are many guesses. Some even believe the people from Atlantis, a lost city, use ray guns to shoot at ships and planes when they pass by.
Raymond:
Ray guns? Sounds interesting, but I don't believe it. What do scientists know about the Bermuda Triangle?
Millie:
Most of the scientists say there is no mystery about the Bermuda Triangle at all because ships and planes disappear everywhere.
Raymond:
Then why did so many strange things happen there?
Millie:
Well, some scientists say the Bermuda Triangle is a dangerous area because the weather there is strange.
Raymond:
What is the weather like there?
Millie:
The ocean near the Bermuda Triangle is a place of changing weather and sudden storms. Very strong winds blow from east to west. Currents of warm ocean water meet cooler water. The there comes fog and storms.
Raymond:
Um, maybe that is the reason. Who knows?
