In 1933， an unknown American called Clarence Nash went to see the filmmaker

Walt Disney. He had an unusual voice and he wanted to work on Disney's

cartoon (動畫片) film for children. When Walt Disney heard Nash's voice, he said

The duck was the now?famous Donald Duck, who first appeared in 1934 in

Winter can be a difficult time to take exercise. Apart from the short daylight and cold weather, there are also plenty of holidays to keep you away from exercising. So how to keep fit and not to put on too much weight during the winter time? Here are some tips for you.

Make yourself comfortable. You don't necessarily have to do some intense(劇烈) sports.
