U2 is the name of a band from Dublin, Ireland. ① It is one of the most famous rock bands in the world .

Larry Mullen was 17 years old in 1978. He was a student and studied in a high school. He showed great interest in music. His dream was to have his own band . So he began to look for musicians to form a band. At last, in the fall of that year, he found another three boys and they ② set up a band. They named their band U2.
