First, we are supposed to eat healthily and safely. Eating the food that goes bad will do harm to our health. We should eat more vegetables and fruit instead of junk food. Second, it's important for us to follow the traffic rules. We mustn't go across the street when the traffic light is red. Third, if we are in danger, we should call the police for help in time.
