    It’s very important for us to keep healthy in our everyday life.But how? Here is some advice for you to follow.

    First you should have a healthy diet.It’s necessary to eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables,because our bodies need all kinds of vitamins every day.But do not eat too much fat,such as cheese,butter or anything too fatty.Too much sweet can be bad for your teeth.So you’d better not eat too many sweets or chocolates and drink fits little coffee as possible.

    Good habits Can help you keep healthy.Doing exercise is certainly a good way to make you healthy.After a day’s work,you need to have an eight-hour sleep.And you’d better not work or study too hard.Remember smoking is not good for your health,so never smoke.
