In order to keep your mind on your work, you must be free from worry. Generally keeping fit and normal health checks are both important as well—not just for improving your memory.

The best way to fight the stress is to have a balanced life. Make sure you keep your SELF in mind: Sleep, Exercise, Leisure(休閑), and Food. If you get enough sleep and eat properly, and if you exercise and leave time for fun, you’ll probably feel less stressed.
