At school many things happen to us. We may feel excited when we have success in a school play. We may feel sorry if we lose an important game. We want to keep the memory for the rest of our lives.

Mr. Evans lives in a city. He was a math teacher three years ago. He taught well and his students liked him. So he decided to work in the middle school all his life. But a terrible accident changed his fortune(命運(yùn)).

Every morning, the newspaper chief editor（主編） holds a meeting with the reporters. They discuss the main events（事件） of the day. Reporters are then sent to cover the events.
