A habit is any action that we have performed so often that it becomes something we do almost without thinking. Some of them are thought to be bad habits. A 10-year-old boy decided to learn judo though he had lost his left arm in a car accident. The boy was doing well, so he couldn’t understand why, after three months of training, the master had taught him only one move.
