I remember when I was younger, my family lived a simple life. We weren't wealthy by any stretch
of the imagination, but we were satisfied with what we had.
    Our first transportation was an old broken-down bicycle. It provided us with transportation on
many enjoyable weekends and holidays. Mom sat on the back while Dad rode. I only a kid at that time,
was on the bar in front of him. It didn't matter where we were going as long as we were going there
together.
    Not long after that, my family moved to Hainan. Depending on my parents' courage and persistence
(堅(jiān)持不懈), they started their own business. As a result, we soon owned a new car instead of the bike.
So we could travel farther on our tour. Our family's happy laughter filled the car as we traveled to many
farther places in China.Many years have passed since those happy days, but we are still as close as ever.
    Recently, the airplane has become our fashion of transportation as we travel around the world. We
are able to experience the sights of Amsterdam, the romance(浪漫) of Paris, and the elegance (典雅)
of Vienna. But yet, such fantastic places are nothing compared to the love of our family.
    Time goes by, and everything is changing all the time. Yet the love in my family always remains. It
is the source of our happiness, confidence,courage,and faith(信任). But it goes so much deeper than
that; it warms our hearts. So I will praise the love in my family and let it go on forever!

     This summer, I'm going to volunteer with Special House Program. They build good, low-cost houses and
sell them to families that are not very rich. They'll teach me what to do, so I'll help people and also have a
chance to learn how to build houses.

     I'm going to teach kids who have trouble reading. I'll work for a program called Reading For Life. Every
day, I'm going to help kids choose and read books that they like. I want to be a teacher and I love children
