Every year millions of people are injured while exercising. Here are four things you can do immediately after an injury.
     (1)_____Rest. Stop using the injured part of your body. Lie down if necessary.
     (2)_____Ice. Put ice in a plastic bag. Place the ice on the injured area. Leave the ice in place for 30 minutes. Take away
the ice for 15 minutes. Then put the ice back on for another 30 minutes.

to hold the ice, but not too hard.

     Now some women are spending a weekend at Mother's Camp (營(yíng)地). There, husbands and children are
not allowed. Why would a woman want to take a vacation without her family? Some women say they need
time to be alone.

they don't clean, they don't look after their children and husbands. What do they do? They enjoy warm, sunny
