Recently, I have heard that you feel stressed about study. Here is some advice on how to study effectively.

Not only does exercise build up the body, but also it provides us time to relax and fresh our mind, making us memorize things faster and longer. Music, too, is another effective means of refreshing and helping us concentrate better.
