2010年1月13日，星期二，加勒比島國(guó)海地首都太子港發(fā)生里氏7級(jí)地震。地震估
計(jì)將導(dǎo)致4.5至5萬人遇難，另有300萬人受傷或無家可歸。首都太子巷將近50%的房屋被損毀，目前海地首都太子巷到處是一片廢墟。地震后，國(guó)際社會(huì)紛紛伸出援助之手---包括捐衣服，食品和藥物。中國(guó)國(guó)際救援隊(duì)也于1月14日抵達(dá)海地，并立即展開搜救工作；醫(yī)務(wù)工作者們也已經(jīng)在海地建立了流動(dòng)醫(yī)院，救治當(dāng)?shù)氐氖軅癖姟?br />[寫作要求]

On Jan. 13th, 2010, a significant earthquake at magnitude 7 on the Richter calculations hit Port-an-Prince, the capital of Haiti on the Caribbean. It is estimated that approximately between 4.5 thousand and 5 thousand people will be killed in the quake, with 3 million more people injured or homeless. At present, the capital city Port-au-Prince is in ruins everywhere in that about 50% of its houses have been smashed down in the quake. Fortunately, the good news is that international societies offered their helping hands shortly after the earthquake----donating clothes, food and medicine. Meanwhile, the Chinese International Rescue Team also arrived in Haiti on Jan. 14th to carry out the rescue for the survivors and medical workers have even set up mobile hospitals in the capital district, providing medical service for the local people.
