Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members, regardless of where they live, aren't allowed to enter or win a prize. Entrants(參賽者) must have a parent's permission to enter. HOW TO ENTER      To enter, go to our website to download and print an entry form. Complete the form with your name, address, telephone number, email address (if available), date of birth, and parent's signature. Mail your completed entry form, Flag Design, and Essay. Entry must agree with the following requirements:      ● Create a design for a flag on plain paper. The Flag Design must represent ocean exploration and the      protection of ocean ecosystems.      ●Write an essay, not more than 250 words in length describing what inspired your design.      ●The Flag Design and Essay must each be a single work of original material created by the contest      entrant. No other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the Flag Design or the Essay.      Changing or improving a third party's pre-existing work doesn't qualify as entrant's original creation. Limit one entry per person.
