I’m writing to make a complaint about a shirt, a coat and a pair of trousers which I bought from your online shop last month.

Unfortunately, when the order (定貨) arrived I realized that the shirt had a button（紐扣） missing and was not the size I had ordered. In addition, when I tried on the coat, I noticed that it had a hole in it. What’s worse, the color of the trousers was not what I had asked for either.

On the whole, I am not satisfied with your goods. I would like you to either change the order or give me a full refund (退款).
