How easy it is to begin smoking and how hard it is to stop, because you can be addicted to cigarettes. There are three different ways you can become addicted.

First, your body becomes so accustomed to having nicotine in it that you can’t go without the drug. Second, you’ll get into the habit of smoking and you can become automatically addicted. Lastly, you believe you’ll only feel good when you smoke, which is called mentally addicted.

In my opinion, it isn’t very easy to stop smoking, but if you prepare yourself, decide on a day to quit, and are not ashamed of whatever happens, you’ll succeed eventually. Remember that your long life must be due to the healthy life you live.
