Let’s face it. You are constantly exposed to common uses. There is nothing you can do about them. However, you can greatly influence the effect of those viruses on your health. Don’t accept that the flu or common cold is something you have to suffer from time to time. Stop this thought and keep yourself and your entire family healthy regardless of the weather or season. These 4 easy tips will help you to reduce the number of times you are down with the flu or common cold.
1. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
They will provide you with important nutrients, mainly vitamins, which are needed to increase
your ability to win the fight against common viruses.
2. Drink plenty of water.
The water runs through your body, removing everything your body wants to get rid of. Stop drinking water 30 minutes before a meal and wait for 2 hours after a meal. This will prevent the water from diluting your digestive juices.
3. Sleep more than 8 hours per night.
If you often fail to have enough sleep, not only will you feel tired, but also your immune system will work less efficiently. You will be more easily affected by viruses.
4. Think positively and keep an optimistic view on your life situations.
Your mind and your immune system talk with each other. Your encouraging thoughts will bring the best out from your immune system. Keep always in mind that your reaction to the first sign of the flu or common cold should be something like: I am sure my immune system will easily win the fight against those viruses. I am going to stay healthy!

We may often be affected by different viruses. However, we can avoid them if we form some good habits, such as eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water, having enough sleep and keeping a positive attitude.
As we all know, viruses can cause several serious diseases, such as the flu and AIDS. So it is necessary for us to form healthy habits to fight against those viruses. There are many good habits. Take my own for example, I drink a glass of milk every morning and do exercise every day after finishing my classes, which can help me build up a strong body. Apart from those, we can also keep away from viruses by having balanced diets; keeping our body clean and living a regular life. To sum up, it is very important for us to form good habits. Let’s defeat viruses together and live a healthy life.

This requires teachers to master many teaching skills, which include how to control a class and so on. Teachers have to spend much time and energy on their work. However, students also imitate many things of the teacher, so it is also important for teachers to be well – balanced people with interest outside their schoolwork – family, friends, hobbies etc.

Well, some young people just could not agree.In fact, students are not too young to tell black from white.And they must be clear that every coin has two sides.While they find interest in F4, they must be clear what bad that drama will do us.

The motor vehicle has killed and disabled more people in its brief history than any bomb or weapon ever invented. Much of the blood on the street flows essentially from uncivil behavior of drivers who refuse to respect the legal and moral rights of others. So the killing on the road may be regarded as a social problem.
In fact, the enemies of society on wheels are rather harmless people, just ordinary people acting carelessly, you might say. But carelessness is no excuse when one’s actions could bring death or damage to others. A minority of the killers go even beyond carelessness to total negligence(疏忽).
Researchers have estimated that as many as 80 per cent of all automobile accidents are caused due to the psychological(心理的) condition of the driver. Emotional upsets can slow drivers’ judgment and reactions, and blind them to dangers that might otherwise be evident. The experts warn that it is important for every driver to make an effort to keep one’s emotions under control.
Yet drivers are not the only people to blame for road accidents. Street walkers regularly break traffic regulations, they are at fault in most vehicle walker accidents; and many cyclists even believe that they need not follow the basic rules of the road.

Peter replied: “When someone hurts us, we should take it down in the sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But when someone does something good for us, we must carve it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”
Hearing that, Tom was deeply moved and understood what Peter had said and what he had done.

Recently I took part in an English speech contest and successfully went into the final. That day, I thought I had done a good job. At that moment I even had a strong feeling of being the champion. I took part in a similar speech contest. I was too proud of myself. I was not well prepared, so it ended up as a total failure. But this time should be different! I was just about to leave when a well-known TV host suddenly said to me he did appreciate my speech. On hearing this, I was filled with mixed feelings---partly surprised, partly excited, partly sad, but there was one thing I am certain about---I did feel something warm and comforting floating inside my body. I never knew a few words and a kind smile could be so inspiring that I suddenly realized that frustration, sorrow, happiness and inspiration are treasures to make life more meaningful. It is these elements that make life real.
