Good morning,everyone!
I'm Li Hua,monitor of class 1.Grade
Thank you for your listening.
【答案】Good morning,everyone!
I'm Li Hua,monitor of Class 1,Grade 2.Nowadays,only a few students do some reading in their spare time.As far as I'm concerned, some students have to face too much homework;in other words, there is no time left for them to do some reading after class. But others,in my opinion, haven't formed a habit of reading. They prefer to spend their spare time on TV rather than read some books.
As you know, however, reading has many benefits.Through reading we can learn more about the world.Besides, reading can make our life more colorful.
Therefore, here I suggest our teachers limit the amount of our homework so that we can have more time to read. At the same time, the school should make it a rule to drive students from the classroom to the library.
Thank you for your listening.

【題目】語法填空
The "selfie" is used to describe the self-taken photo, often from a smartphone. Someone takes about 10 selfies each time he does, and he only ends up (post) one or two of those. He picks the one that he feels make him look the (good). In that picture,he gains confidence. For that moment, everything bad or terrible that has happened to him (remove), because that smile is what gives him the (determine) to love himself.
I read poem recently and the young man said,”If I ask you you love, the answers will most likely roll your tongue. You love to read. You love to write. You love your mom, you daughter,or your best friend. How long do you think you can go on and on before you say 'I love(I)'?"
That statement hit me like a ton of bricks. I've struggled with confidence all my life. I still do. And in way am I saying that taking a selfie is a gateway confidence., the selfie does deserve some credit for allowing individuals to express themselves.

【題目】閱讀理解
My father was always a good gardener. One of my earliest memories is standing without shoes in the freshly tilled (翻耕的) soil, my hands blackened from digging in the ground.
As a child, I loved following Dad around in the garden. I remember Dad pushing the tiller (耕作機) ahead in perfectly straight lines. Dad loved growing all sorts of things: yellow and green onions, watermelons almost as big as me, rows of yellow com, and our favorite—red tomatoes.
As I grew into a teenager, I didn't get so excited about gardening with Dad. Instead of magical land of possibility, it had turned into some kind of prison. As Dad grew older, his love for gardening never disappeared. After all the kids were grown and had started families of their own, Dad turned to gardening like never before. Even when he was diagnosed with cancer, he still took care of his garden.
But then, the cancer, bit by bit, invaded his body. I had to do the things he used to do. What really convinced me that Dad was dying was the state of his garden that year. The rows and rows of multicolored vegetables were gone. Too tired to weed them, he simply let them be.
For the first few years after he died, I couldn't even bear to look at anyone's garden without having strong memories pour over me like cold water from a bucket. Three years ago, I decided to plant my own garden and started out with just a few tomatoes. That morning, after breaking up a fair amount of soil, something caught the comer of my eye and I had to smile. It was my eight-year-old son Nathan, happily playing in the freshly tilled soil.

The findings of a recent survey suggests that students are not happy with multimedia approaches in education. They feel that they learn much effectively when traditional methods are used. The students interviewing said they thought the teacher played a important role in their learning. They found listening to the teacher, taking note, and using a textbook suitable for their age group really help them understand and remember the content of their lessons. They also found that answering questions that had been written on the board very helpfully. They valued the chance to carry practical, hands-on work, either.
