When you are traveling abroad, it is importance to follow the customs of the country where you are

visiting. If invited to a home in Britain, here is some advices. As soon as you are invited, it is good manners

to refuse or accept the invitation, either by writing nor by telephoning. When you go to the party, it is polite to

arrive at on time. It is good manners to shake hands with your host. You can take a present if you like, possible a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates or some flowers. However, it was bad manners to take nothing. It is not

polite to stay too late before the other guests have gone, of course.

Then I walk to school. When I got into the classroom, one classmates told me that my mother had brought my lunch box here. After opened the box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes were filling with tears.

Last week my parents and I took a two-day trip to QianYu Mountain. It’s famous

mountain in our town. The weather was fine. It was about noon before we arrived at

the foot of it. The three of them were very excited. As we climbed the mountain, we

fed monkey, visited temples and took pictures since the scenery was so beautiful.

Time pass quickly. It soon got dark. We had supper at a restaurant. The food was

expensive and the service was good. Then we spent on the night in a hotel at the top

of the mountain. I was tired but what wonderful the trip was!
