3. You need to stop chasing perfection. It doesn’t exist. —【3】—. So if you think that there is some objective measurement of perfection and that the rest of the world is judging you against, then you are wrong. Most people are too worried about their own lack of perfection to judge you.
4. —【4】—. Our sense of self-worth is based in our thoughts. We have been programmed for many years with thoughts about ourselves. Messages come from our parents, our peers, teachers, the media and our own labels. But guess what? They are only thoughts. Just because you think these thoughts, it doesn’t make them true. —【5】—.

Years later, I found out that almost everyone felt this way, too.
You are unique and have special talents. 所以我們要關(guān)注的是自己而不是他人,故B項(xiàng)“So focus on your own passions and talents.”
So if you think that there is some objective measurement of perfection and that the rest of the world is judging you against, then you are wrong.
Our sense of self-worth is based in our thoughts.
Just because you think these thoughts, it doesn’t make them true只是因?yàn)槟闼伎歼@些想法,但是并不會(huì)讓他們成真。

Let’s face it. You are constantly exposed to common viruses. There is nothing you can do about them. However, you can greatly influence the effect of those viruses on your health. Don’t accept that the flu or common cold is something you have to suffer from time to time. Cast off this thought and keep yourself and your entire family healthy regardless of the weather or season. These 4 easy tips will help you to reduce the number of times you are down with the flu or common cold:
1.Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. They will provide you with important nutrients, mainly vitamins, which are needed to increase your ability to win the fight against common viruses.
2.Drink plenty of water. The water runs through your body, removing everything your body wants to get rid of.
3.Sleep 8 hours per night. If you often fail to have enough sleep, not only will you feel tired, but also your immune system will work less efficiently. You will be more easily affected by viruses.

As we know, when senior students finish their school, most of their reference books are thrown away, which are still in good condition. How a great waste it is!
I suggest that students must recycle all these books. On the one hand, recycling them can save a lot of natural resource, which are used to make textbooks. On the other hand, the notes in the books are helpful to whoever need them.
In fact, recycling textbooks has been increasing popular in such countries like America and Australia. We should learn from them, but make every effort to build energy-saving society. In my opinion, it is of much benefit from our present and our future.
