The results are as follows: more than half of the students, about 54%, usually put their math homework in the first place while only 7% would rank Chinese as the most important. Meanwhile, English is regarded as most significant by 18% of the participants, and the other subjects attract the attention of 21% of the students.

(看法1)In my opinion, it is reasonable for students to pay the most attention to math because math is so interesting and challenging. It also seems much easier for students to gain a sense of achievement in math especially when they succeed in solving a math problem. Maybe that’s why math grasp most students’ attention.

Since Chinese is our mother tongue and influences the Chinese people in all aspects, there is no doubt that students should learn Chinese with their heart and soul. Last Sunday, I joined the voluntary group to help keep the traffic in good order at a big crossing near our school. At 8:00 a.m., we arrived there, wore red vests with the word VOLUNTEER on the back. We helped with the police remind the passers-by to obey traffic rule. To our delighted, they all waited for the green light patient except one motor-biker. We also give out some hand-made brochures about traffic regulations, for that many people praised us. About 4 hours later, they said good-bye to the police and left. Two years before,My sister and I got a chance to take a bike trip. The journey was really hard, especial in the mountains. At first,our leg were so heavy and cold that they felt like blocks of ice.
