Citizens of our city are now trying to make it a civilized one. The government has taken many steps to better the housing conditions and beautify the city ,making it a more pleasing place to live in . Owing to the hard work of the police , the law-and-order situation has been much improved . To our joy ,the public order is far better now, For example , the phenomenon that some taxi drivers and bus drivers don’t obey the traffic rules has decreased.

However, there are some citizens who should improve their personality , I’m sad to find some people spit on the floor ,or throw rubbish everywhere . Some even doodle on the walls of the public buildings .

Even though there is some disharmony ,I hopefully look forward to the day when my city become a really civilized one . Then , everyone can enjoy their life and work in such an attractive city (135 words)
