1．The Future Stars
General introduction
The Future Stars was set up in 1988as a non-profit service center for child development devoted to providing quality child care in a loving and educational environment for children 6weeks to 6years of age．Our finds mainly come from public donations．
A healthy curiosity for learning is the most important quality for early childhood development．We aim at offering high quality developmentally age-appropriate activities for early childhood，the most critical time of child development，so that they can do better after they start formal schooling．
Hours of operation
Child care will be provided for the child from7：00a．m．to 6：00p．m．Monday through Friday（except for holidays）．Children may not arrive before 7：00a．m．or remain after 6：00p．m．Should an emergency arise，the parent should immediately make us know in consideration of our work arrangements．A late charge of  1.00per minute will be assessed if the child is not picked up by 6：05p．m．Charges for these services are to be paid directly to the staff person that has been looking after your child until your arrival； not to the center．Failure to pay late charges may affect continued services with the center．
Parking
Dropping off and picking up your child can be made from the two main areas，Spring Street and Seventh Street．Parking is free for parents coming to visit their children in our center．Please do not leave your purse or valuables in your car and be sure to lock your vehicle．
Tuition（學(xué)費）
When it has been confirmed that a position is available for your child，you must pay a registration fee of 200per child．
The weekly tuition fee is  98.00．You can make payments either by credit card or in cash on Monday every week．If your payment is not made by Tuesday at 9：00a．m．，you will be charged a 25.00late fee．

The heated box，lined with a pillow and blankets，is at Berlin's St Joseph hospital．Mothers can leave their unwanted children at the baby hatch，and statistics show it is used about twice a year．
The stainless-steel hatch slides out and after a person has placed their baby inside and slid it shut，it touches an alarm inside the hospital so staff can pick the child up．It takes about two or three minutes for staff to get to the hatch so the parent has enough time to slip away without being noticed．
Inside the box is a letter which tells the mother German authorities will look after the baby for eight weeks．Mums that change their mind can come back to reclaim their babies within two months．However，if the parent does not come back to be reunited with their child after the two months it well be put up for adoption．
The practice was common in medieval times but has come under fire from the UN recently，the BBC reports．It believes that children have a right to know who their parents are and that right is denied to children left in the baby hatch．
The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child says there are baby boxes across Europe but Germany has the most with 99across the country．
However，some people support the use of baby hatches．They argue without such places of safety，parents conceal （隱藏） newborns in hidden places that are not easily found，causing the deaths of many unwanted babies．
German chancellor Angela Merkel put forward legislation （立法） earlier this year to find an alternative to baby hatches．
Women will be allowed to give birth without revealing their identity to anyone outside the hospital．The information would be kept for 16years which would allow children who have been abandoned to find out who their birth mother is when they are older．

GONERIL：I have had enough of your soldiers．They are expensive to keep and you don't need them．Besides，their drunken behaviour and bad manners are disgusting．You will send half of them away．And unless you want me to get rid of the rest of them too，I suggest you teach them how to behave properly．
LEAR：That's a lie．My soldiers are good men who know how to behave properly．I won't stay here to be insulted．I still have one more daughter．She'll scratch out your eyes when she hears how you've treated me．Men!Get my horses ready and collect my baggage．I'll leave immediately．I won't stay where I'm not welcome．（Lear and companions leave．）
