Café en Seine
The wildly luxury(奢華) new art style of this huge bar has been a massive hit since it first opened in 1995, and while it may not be the “in” place it once was, it is still very popular with the after-work crowd and out-of-towners. The gravediggers from the neighboring Glasnevin Cemetery had a secret serving hatch(艙口) so that they could drink on the job – hence the pub’s nickname. Founded in 1833 by one John Kavanagh and still in the family, this pub is one of the best in Ireland, almost unchanged in 150 years. In summer time the green of the square is full of drinkers basking in the sun, while inside the hardened locals ensure that never a hint of sunshine disturbs some of the best Guinness in town. An absolute classic.

Davy Byrne’s
James Joyce, an Irish author and a poet (1882-1941), would hardly recognise the bar that Leopold Bloom rushed into for a gorgonzola sandwich and a glass of wine in Ulysses. It doesn’t stop Davy Byrne’s from making the most of its Joyce’s connections, even though today's version is strictly for out-of-towners and the rugby crowd.

British psychologists have found evidence of a link between excessive （過度的） Internet use and depression, a research has shown．
Leeds University researchers, writing in the Psycho pathology journal, said a small part of Internet users were classed as Internet addicts and that people in this group were more likely to be depressed than non-addicted users．
The article on the relationship between excessive Internet use and depression is from a questionnaire-based study of 1，319 young people and adults．
The respondents answered questions about how much time they spent en the Internet and what they used it for; they also completed the Beck Depression Inventory—a series of questions designed to measure the seriousness of depression．
The six-page report, by the university's Institute of Psychological Sciences, said 18 of the people who completed the questionnaire were Internet addicts．
"Our research indicates that excessive Internet use is associated with depression, but hat we don't know is which comes first—adepressed! people drawn to the Internet or does he Internet cause depression?^ the article's lead author Dr Catriona Morrison said．"What is leadis that, for s small part of peoples, excessive use of the Internet could be a warning signal or depressive tendencies．"
The age range of all respondent? was between 16 and 51 years, with an average age of 1．24．The average age of the 18 Internet addicts was 18．3 years．By comparing the levels of depression within this group to that within a group of 18 non-addicted Internet users, researchers found the Internet addicts had a higher chance of developing depression than non-addicts．They also discovered that addicts spent more time visiting sexually pleasing websites, online gaming sites and online communities．
"The public speculation （推測） was further proved by this study．That's to say, over-engaging in websites which serve to replace normal social function might be linked to psychological disorders like depression and addiction," Morrison said "We now need to consider the wider social influences of this relationship and clearly prove the effects of excessive Internet use on mental health．”

Learning inside the museum
Museums have an important role in providing learning services to users，especially school
children．Some learning services will provide a range of formal teaching opportunities in the
museum；others will work closely with school teachers so that these teachers can make better use
of the learning resources available through displays and exhibitions，databases，handling
collections and museum staff.
In an ideal world，every museum would have at least one learning or education specialist．He
or she would be a trained teacher who also had a good understanding of museums and museum
collections，and a strong feeling to help people-especially children-use and learn from them.
A museum education specialist is of great value. For most museums the establishment of
such a post should be high priority. He or she is the only member of staff with training in the
psychology of learning，and has considerable experience of analyzing complex concepts and－
presenting them in a simple way to a non-specialist audience. The education. specialist is，indeed，
the only professional interpreter in the museum.
It is clearly reasonable，therefore，for the museum to make full use of the education
specialist's skills，and to involve him or her in all aspects of interpretation and the planning of
new displays and exhibitions．Museum learning is not just about teaching children，though
children may be its principal audience.
Many small museums tray not be able to employ an education specialist of their own．For
