Given the decline of the students’ fitness, the Department of Education has launched Sunshine Sports Campaign, which is aimed at improving students’ health.

This campaign is well welcome to most of the students in our school because they are free to choose what they like to participate in and have more time to take exercise. We can see the fact that in the sports courts more and more boys and girls are involved in various outdoor activities. It not only enriches our school life but helps us relieve some stress from studies. After exercising, we feel satisfied and refreshed. What’s more, it also develops our efficiency in our class lessons.
