Some personal characteristics(個(gè)性) play an important role in the development of one's intelligence(智力). But people fail to realize the importance of training these factors in young people.
The so-called "non-intelligence factors(因素)" include__1__feelings, will, motivation (動(dòng)機(jī)), interests and habits.
