It is difficult for doctors to help a person with a damaged brain. Without enough blood,the brain lives for only three to five minutes. More often the doctors can't fix the damage. "Dining out" and "eating out" are phrases people use in Britain when they eat in a restaurant or pub (酒館) .Eating out is more popular in Britain today than it has ever been.
