The increase in short videos can be attributed to a number of factors. On one hand, short videos have enabled Internet users to express themselves, giving full play to their personalities. On the other hand, by watching short videos, not only can people enjoy relaxation and entertainment but also they can acquire information and knowledge.

In spite of the rapid growth, the short video industry is also faced with problems like unhealthy content, and piracy.
