But what about hair？This will probably disappear from the body altogether in course of time because it does not serve a useful purpose any longer．In the future，then，both sexes are likely to be bald．
Perhaps all this gives the impression that future man will not be a very attractive creature to look at!This may well be true．All the same，in spite of all these changes，future man will still have a lot in common with us．He will still be a human being，with thoughts and emotions similar to our own．

The solution：Most employees understand that there are times when they must stay late to finish their work．But when these requests become frequent，you should speak up．Putting in extra hours every day can quickly lead to breakdown．
Therefore，you might say to your manager，"We're all working a lot of extra time lately．And these hours are becoming difficult for me to maintain（維持）．Will we need to keep this pace much longer？If so，could we talk about ways that might help me achieve a better work/life balance during this period？"
It's never easy to say no to your boss．But in some situations it's necessary．Even the best managers can fail to recognize when they're asking too much of their employees．Yes，sometimes you must give in when asked to do something you don't like．But that doesn't mean you must agree to unreasonable requests without question．
