Dear Sir,

I have just learned from the newspaper that a secretary of English language is wanted in your company. So I am writing to you to introduce myself. I would like to get the job.

My name is Li Ping. I was born on May 6, 1983 in Shenyang. I’m male, aged 24 now. In 2005, I finished my English studies in Peking University. Since then, I have worked as a tour guide. I can speak and write English well. I can type and drive a car. I remain unmarried. I’m in good health and fond of swimming and good at dancing.

I’m sure I’ll do a good job if I’m accepted. I am looking forward to your replay.
