     As a middle school student of Senior Three, I do sports one and two hours a day, such as doing morning
exercises, playing basketball, long-distance running and so on. I think it is very helpfully to me. Take exercise
makes me even more healthier so that I won't be ill very often. What's more, I also get myself relaxing in
different kinds of sports. Only in this way I do a better job in my study in high spirits. For doing physical
exercise, I'm becoming stronger and more confident than ago. I did think it is necessary for everyone to spend
some time on sports every day so people's health is important in modern life.

I live in a small town in the south. This is a typically Chinese town. There are only two main
streets which across in the middle of the town. Around the town stand a high wall, that was built
long ago, and it is still possibly to walk along it. No motorcars allowed in the business streets,
which makes shopping very easier and safer. On warm days some small restaurants put table and
chairs outside the houses to let people to take a rest and have some tea or ice-cream. There were
no tall buildings but some beautiful parks.

This is the bus I usually take. But, you may laugh, I missed it of course. I am very unhappy and scared as well because teacher hates the students coming late to school. So I ran three miles to school only to discover that nobody was there. The school was quiet but peaceful. Our classroom was locking. I realized in that moment: It was Sunday.

the school record. The sports meet was really success. That was because we were all trying to
do my best. Although I was not one of the winner, I was proud of that we had cone. I’m looking

University. In the afternoon, they will have a face-to-face conversation with some freshmen of the
university who were just graduated from Yuyao High School.
     As is believed that this activity will help the students having a good knowledge of campus life in
advance, make them work hard to achieve our dream in the near future.
