PART THREE  READING COMPREHENSION

Jascha Richter once sang “don't need too much talking without saying anything” to reveal his lonely feeling in a crowd.

Dad always told me never to ever reveal my true opinions towards other people if such opinions are negative. He said this is the “Chu Shi Zhe Xue”, the philosophy of dealing with social network.

It seems that everybody here just follows this philosophy very, very well.

Friends. I would say that if I were given true friendship I would definitely treasure it with my greatest care. If I really regard someone as my close friend, I would never leave her alone whenever she's in need, either financially or mentally. And I always believe, as long as I treat people with whole-hearted honesty, I would have some rewards—at least, just ONE true friend of the same gender（性別）.

Sometimes I just miss my friends in China. Perhaps when we became friends, we were still young, too young to have been polluted by any dirt in the society. But here, it is simply different. It seems that all of us have learnt how to SURVIVE in a foreign land and such an experience actually makes us learn how to extract (榨取) the most benefits from the surroundings in order to survive.

All are friends around me. I've looked through all the dark sides of their personalities and yet I have to pretend that I know nothing. THEY ARE GOOD. THEY ARE GOOD. AND WE ARE FRIENDS. And then I can make myself comfortable enough to talk to people I hate the most. And of course, they don't say any words truly from their hearts. Neither do I.

But, sometimes I just feel unwilling to talk to these people. Sometimes, I just want to be alone, quietly, without being forced to listen to their gossip or other useless words.

“Standing on a mountain high

Looking at the moon through a clear blue sky

I should go and see some friends

But they don't really comprehend”

For a double purpose beach，check out Killiney．This beach is a top off destination for a swimming adventure and it is equally grand for relaxing walks．The shoreline is covered with pebbles and rocks．This may seem averred with ordinary stony beach for some but for those who have strong interest in geological(地質(zhì)的)processes，Killiney is a best spot to discover part of Dublin’s history and Killiney’s formation．

Another accessible Blue Flag Beach lies on Malahide in Fingal. You can enjoy the   distinctive attraction of the water while still getting yourself amazed with the wonderful sights   around；Malahide．Beach is sandy and holds a harbor designed for pleasure boats at the   Northern end．

For a bit of challenge and thrill，consider a swim at Sea point Beach in Dun Laoghaire  Rathdown．You can have the pleasure of an exciting surf adventure here apart from the usual swimming activity．This is often visited by tourists due to its various appeals：swimming on the north part of the beach while surfing，．boating and jet skiing at the south．

What I’d most like to have is a little café, where we students can rest and do some reading. Our school is big with nice modern buildings and everything, but there is one thing I would really love ---- a gym. We’re right in the middle of a big city and the traffic is very busy, so I find it very difficult to get out to the gym at lunchtime. A gym would be good for the school. Our school is just uncomfortable in every way. For example, the chairs are really uncomfortable, so the next thing I’d like to do is get some comfortable chairs of good quality. Oh, and the worst thing is that we’re on the fifth and sixth floors of our building, so I’d love to have some lifts put in. Our school has a nice building, and is in a nice part of the city. Unfortunately we haven’t got much equipment, so I’d really like to have a computer room with the Internet available. I am an e-mail user. When I first started to use the e-mail system, I used to read all my e-mail. I didn’t have much mail. I gave my friends my e-mail address. Soon I had more mail than I wanted. Some of the mail was junk mail. I was worried. I didn’t want my mail to control me.

Found an Orange Cat
