There is that great idea that in an information and knowledge based economy, the most important thing for companies is attracting and holding outstanding talented guys. Obviously I will not say that is not important, but in my opinion a successful and groundbreaking company cannot be built just from the collection of high talented people, as a great sports team can't be constructed only by the collection of great players.
It is more important to build teams of people that achieve the goals according to the company's organizational vision. It is necessary to create organizations where everybody (with outstanding talent or not) can develop their best personal capabilities and that these capacities are addressed to achieve the corporate goals and mission. The company efforts must be addressed to design an organizational system that produces and uses talent from everyone in the company.
Trying to get the best from our people through corporate team building policies, establishing a concrete corporate culture and values, making our company a place where people want to work because it is a good place to stay and develop their capacities, is the best way to compete in the knowledge economy. That will keep us out of the obligation to constantly seek for the "best players" and entering in the retribution auctions(拍賣).
We have to take into account that, nowadays, the real talented and creative people, like to work or engage themselves in projects where they can develop their capacities, they can be involved in the organizational goals and vision, and where they are treated with respect and dignity. Definitively, they want to be happy doing their jobs. And we have to build organizations where they can find that.

When I was a college student, I did a lot of travelling abroad. That was because a professor  50 me to do so. She said,“Now is the time for you to travel around the world,    51    your knowledge through actual experiences and have fun!” I agreed with her.
Since I started to work for a    52   company, however, I have done most of my travellling through the Internet. By using the Internet, I have seen the sights of many cities on my computer screen. Therefore, I was beginning to feel that actual trips were   55  necessary when I happened to read a famous chef’s comment on the Internet. He said,“It is very difficult to have real Italian food in a foreign country, because we enjoy food and the atmosphere around us at the same time. So why don’t you fly over to Italy and enjoy real Italian   56  ?” Those words reminded me of my   57  advice. As information technology   58  ,you might be able to do without making some real trips. But this also means that you will miss the various   59  you can get from travelling.
Today there are people who   60  direct communication with others and spend much of their time on the Internet. It is not surprising to see a group of people   61  not with each other but into their micro phones. It seems as if such people are   62  by an invisible wall. They seem to be losing out on a good chance to   63  and talk with other people. I do not think that they are taking good advantage of information technology. We should use information technology as a tool to make our daily communication more fruitful. However, we should never let it   64 our time for face-to-face communication. Let’s make use of information technology more  wisely, and have great fun in experiencing the actual world.

Researchers found that compared with teens who spent much of their free time in front of TV sets, those who were physically active often had higher self-respect, better grades and were less likely to have risky behavior like taking drugs, smoking, or drinking. The findings, based on a national survey of nearly 12,000 middle and high school students, were published in a journal.

"Across the board, children who engaged in any kind of activity were belier off than kids who watched a lot of TV," said study co author professor Penny Gordon Larsen of the University of North Carolina.

Other studies have linked certain content of television programs, such as violence and sex, to children's behavior. But beyond this issue, Gordon-Larsen said that kids who spend hours watching TV "miss opportunities" to develop skills, learn teamwork and have other experiences that their more active peers benefit from.

That doesn't mean, however, that kids have to be on the football team. The study found that some activities like skating and skateboarding——which adults sometimes frown upon——were also related to better self respect and less risk taking.

That skaters were better behaved than TV watchers might come as a surprise to some adults who consider these teens to be bad, according to Gordon-Larsen.Skateboarding is forbidden in many public areas, and some communities oppose building skating parks. But if kids who like to skate have nowhere to do it, "it's a shame," said Gordon-Larsen.

Not only should parents encourage their kids to engage iii the physical activities they enjoy, she said, but schools and communities should also do more to create opportunities for children to be active.

From the passage we know that          .

A.physically active kids get into less trouble

B.more skating parks are being built

C.kids who spend hours watching TV benefit a lot

D.kids who have nowhere to skate tend to take drugs

A.offer some information to teachers and parents

B.persuade kids not to watch a lot of TV

C.urge the public to help children be active

       D.show the author's concern about children's growth

A.Some adults don't understand the sports.

B.Some adults are impatient with kids.

C.Adults consider it dangerous to go skating or skateboarding.

It can be inferred from the passage that          .

A.kids are not expected to be active by some parents
