You should also eat less food that is high in fat, like French fries or cookies.

5. Do more exercise. It is surely necessary to take some exercise every day. Studies show that getting lots of exercise makes the heart healthier. That’s why more and more people are becoming active in all kinds of sports and exercise. Through sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger. So in the morning, you can get up early, go outdoors, breathe the fresh air, and do exercises.
